Thanet Council

Thanet Council has appointed its very first design review panel coordinate by Frame Projects. The Panel comprises of architect’s designers as well specialists in sustainability. The nature of the projects being reviewed differ from those in London as the focus in Thanet is to improve the quality of design in mainly low-rise housing developments as well as regenerating town centres such as Ramsgate and Margate which historically were popular coastal towns and now with growing communities have opportunities to redevelop and renew their much loved historic building stock.
